Aging-In-Place Home Solutions

In 2009, we launched our residential division, Aging-In-Place Home Solutions. As you can see, we’re all about options. In response to changes in the economy, aging baby boomers and the growing demand for healthcare applications in the home, we saw a need for design solutions that address safety and independence issues for the elderly, as well as individuals with dementia-related illnesses, and other disabilities. We work closely with families and their loved one(s) to conduct a confidential in-home assessment to determine current needs, and provide solutions for increased safety and independence.

With years of healthcare and senior living design experience, we apply our knowledge to recommend solutions that range from the simplest safety and security devices, to lighting and finish changes, to addressing accessibility issues, or preparing drawings for a first floor addition. And rather than leave it up to your family to get the job done, we will work with you to implement the modifications desired to help you keep your loved one in the supportive environment of the home.

Currently Aging-In-Place Home Solutions is a resource to St. Louis Chapters of the Alzheimer’s Association, Jewish Family & Children Services/ElderLink, Lutheran Family & Children Services, and Lutheran Senior Services.
